HansaWorld has been shortlisted as a finalist in the UK Cloud Awards 2019 for the category of Best AI / ML Product or Service, bringing together the best innovations and advances in the IT industry.
This is the third year in a row HansaWorld has received recognition through a series of international cloud awards. In 2018, HansaWorld was a finalist for the Cloud SaaS Awards in the category of Best SaaS Product for ERP and, in 2017, a finalist in the Best Cloud Automation category. Winners of the UK Cloud Awards will be announced next month at an awards and ceremony dinner in Southbank, London.
HansaWorld is especially proud of this year's UK Cloud Awards nomination. In 2018, HansaWorld developed Anna, an AI virtual agent in partnership with IBM Watson.
Anna is integrated with HansaWorld's Standard ERP application which has an built-in communication and telephony module. Using this integration Anna can answer customer calls, direct calls to recipients, and take messages for calls when the line is busy. She can also answer invoice and shipping queries, provide inventory updates and register payments.
Anna is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who wish to use AI to increase automation, enhance operational efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction and reduce overall costs.

In its sixth year, the UK Cloud Awards aim to celebrate diversity, innovation, excellence, customer experience and digital transformation powered by the cloud industry. To stay on top of the industry, the Awards and categories have been developed to represent the significant factors of cloud innovation. This year there is no exception with recognition of the impact on AI/ML, DevOps and the increasing diversity of talent and the formation of ecosystems.
The Awards will showcase the leading vendors, customers and individuals who are setting the industry benchmark in the UK and beyond. The ceremony will be on Thursday 16th May 2019 at County Hall, Belvedere Road, Southbank in London SE1 7PB.
