The Company


SIA Sinerta's (www.sinerta.lv) main business is filling printer cartridges and selling office paper. They serve more than 4500 customers, creating a big volume of orders.

“I can't imagine my working day without Enterprise by HansaWorld,” says Signija Cera, Sinerta's logistics manager. “The system optimises almost all parts of our business, as well as internal processes – production, the receiving of goods, working with invoices and accounting. We have also connected our POS machine to the system to automate the sales process in the shop."



Sinerta has two offices – one in Riga and one in Liepaja. Having an integrated system allows them to work together efficiently. Cera admits that having an overview of stock levels in both offices and a unified item register makes it easy to communicate and solve business issues with colleagues over hundreds of kilometres.

Sinerta has used Enterprise successfully for four years, since the company started operations. Due to a right management decision they were clever to start with a system that helps them work efficiently.
