We are now looking for a Product Manager for our German operations, based in Stockholm.

The person we are looking for
The Product Manager is the intersection of business and technology, combining strategy, marketing, and IT skills with the goal of launching an amazing product.
You have experience in business development, quality assurance or another technical role in IT. You are a good communicator and have experience with international contacts. You have an interest in IT and like to work with the newest technologies. You are outgoing and happy to share your ideas with the team and confident enough to implement your ideas to the products we are creating.
Key responsibilities:
• Do active market and industry research to keep up with the industry's development
• Do App store optimisation for our own products on the App stores
• Work together with the developers to create a software product that is successful on your market
• Translate the software into local language
• Ensure the software complies with local legislation and business practices
• Provide support, training and consulting services to local customers and partners
• Conduct quality assurance (testing)
• Write specifications for necessary modifications
• Be the main point of contact for all product-related issues
• Maintain downloadable program versions online
Requirements:
• Native level German language skills
• Excellent English language skills
• University diploma in IT or economics
• 2-5 years working experience in IT
• Good computer skills
• Experience in a fast paced office environment

The person we are looking for
You are an expert in creating strategic relationships with new and existing partners. You have previously built a successful international Channel network of distributors and partners. You know and expand the partner network You are able to structure, be responsible for and organise your own work. You are an excellent communicator, have experience with international contacts and like to work with the newest technologies. You are outgoing and happy to share your ideas with the team.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
• Identify and reach out to new potential partners in Scandinavian countries
• Set up new channel partners and oversee the on-boarding process
• Work closely with Education team to train and advise the channel partners
• Manage partner relationships
• Help partners to establish their focus areas and assist in marketing activities
• Assist partners to drive sales process, from quotation to closing
• Monitor and report to management on sales numbers within channel partners
• Achieve sales and revenue targets as set by the management.
• Give feedback to the marketing team on the success of marketing activities
• Maintain a high level of HansaWorld products knowledge
Requirements:
• Excellent English language skills
• Native level of either Swedish or Norwegian language
• University degree or diploma
• At least 2 years of relevant corporate experience in an international company
• Experience in ERP/CRM/Accounting software sales is beneficial
• Additional class work in management type courses is preferred
• Availability to frequent international travel
