HansaWorld, a global ERP and CRM business software vendor, is seeking to employ a Consultant for our office based in Miami, USA.


HansaWorld is looking for a motivated self starter to join us as a Consultant. The Consultant is responsible for software implementation as well as providing technical consultations to existing customers on software issues. This is a customer- and service-oriented work requiring good communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:

  • Communicate to existing customers about software issues, providing advise on software usage, according to the conditions of their contracts;
  • System analysis, project management and consultation for HansaWorld’s existing customers
  • Conducting classroom training for customers and employees on the use of software
  • Performing version upgrades for existing customers
  • Software implementation and support
  • Discovering and acting on sales opportunities
  • Assist software testing
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge in the office
  • Other day to day tasks

Requirements:

  • Studies in either IT, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a fast paced office environment
  • Additional course in management and bookkeeping is preferred
  • High level of computer competence
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written

Organisation Relationships

The Consultant reports directly to the Country Manager and the International Service Manager, as well as other HQ staff when required.

Sales and Channel Manager

HansaWorld, a global ERP and CRM business software supplier, is seeking to employ a Sales and Channel Manager for our office based in Miami, Florida.


HansaWorld in Miami is looking for a person responsible for sales to new and existing customers and building their partner channel in the USA, following company's established routines and methodology. Responsibilities

  • Find and sign up new business partners to HansaWorld in the USA
  • Co-sales with partners and monitor partners's sales activities
  • Manage partner relationships
  • Assist partners to drive sales process, from quotation to closing
  • Have high activity level (calls, meetings, quotations)
  • Build pipeline
  • Drive sales process, from quotation to closing
  • Meet sales targets
  • Learn HansaWorld software
  • Follow company's policies and routines
  • Report to management and Head Quarters regularly and timely

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant corporate experience
  • Experience working with an ERP/CRM/Accounting software

  • Additional class work in management type courses is preferred
  • Ready to travel
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Organisation Relationships

The Channel Manager reports directly to the Managing Director and to other Head Quarters staff on demand
