CONSULTANT / PRODUCT SPECIALIST

HansaWorld Lithuania is looking for CONSULTANT / PRODUCT SPECIALIST.

Job description, tasks:


- taking part in the development of new software versions;
- testing new versions;
- informing sales department and consultants about new developments and changes in the software;
- knowing changes in local accounting regulation;
- providing internal and external trainings;
- preparation of manuals;
- consulting customers and partners;
- product problems solving;
- preparing tasks and wishes for developers;
- other tasks may at times be given by management.

Requirements:


- IT related studies or very good technical understanding
- Programming / application development experience
- ERP & CRM systems understanding and experience
- Application testing experience
- Accounting and economics knowledge
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English, other languages are appreciated
- Good attitude to details, accuracy, acceptance of routines
- Customer orientation
- Possibility to travel abroad
- HansaWorld knowledge - advantage
