HansaWorld Sales Methodology

This document is not a sales course; rather, a compilation of HansaWorld's ideas regarding sales. It includes notes, articles and sales materials developed by HansaWorld managers. The purpose of this document is to offer information to salespeople and any other HansaWorld employee that is interested in understanding our sales process. This is not intended to be a sales guide; sales skills and sales practice will be developed using other methods and tools. Nevertheless, this guide will help sales consultants to be more successful and it will prepare those who aren't trained in sales for future sales opportunities.
