Project Management - HansaWorld Rapid Implementation Methodology (RIM)

The Rapid Implementation Methodology (RIM) is an alternative methodology to the HansaWorld Implementation Methodology (HIM) and usually is used for smaller projects with less complexity or for Phase 1 implementation of larger implementation projects. RIM unique approach allows decreasing the implementation costs to a minimum by leaving most of the implementation tasks and training to be handled by the customer, using standardised tools and already available training materials.
