Group Finance Manager


The person we are looking for

We are now looking for a Group Finance Manager, based in Tallinn.

A Group Finance Manager works closely with Operations and the Board of Directors to ensure the financial health and growth of HansaWorld group.

Your responsibility will be to produce financial reports, direct investment activities and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of the company. At the same time, you will be responsible for making sure that the liquidity of the group is high enough to pay upcoming financial obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor every aspect of the company’s finances
  • Submit internal reports to Operations and the Board
  • Provide financial analysis
  • Develop strategies for short and long term financial goals of the group
  • Proactively seek and drive positive change
  • Evaluate international financial reporting packages to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Communicate with auditors of the Mother Company
  • Ensure that all financial activity complies with local and international regulations
  • Lead and motivate the Finance team


  • University diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • At least 2 years of relevant corporate finance experience in an international company
  • Experience with group consolidation and annual financial statements of an international company
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge and interest in global economics
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Professional qualifications preferred
  • Ready to travel internationally
