Meet Helen Martsoo - Company Manager for HansaWorld's HansaRaama Estonia

What’s your background?
I have studied international business management in Estonian Business School.
When i finished high-school I was a teacher in small school for a year. After that in 1994 I got an offer to work as a sales assistant in local ERP vendor Ratioma that sold popular software called Raama. The product we sold was DOS based. I was working as Sales Manager in the same company in 1999 when I got the offer from HansaWorld to start as Service Manager.

When did you first come across HansaWorld?
I first come across HansaWorld in 1994 as HansaWorld was a competitor and later partner for the company I worked at that time.

When did you start working for HansaWorld?
1999

How has the work and your role developed since you first started?
It will be 11 years 20th of September working for this company. My work has developed tremendously. I am managing a very successful brand HansaRaama in Estonia which is actually brought to Estonian market in 1997 by the same company I started to work in 1994. We bought the brand from that company in 2004.

What is the best thing you have done and experienced during your ERP career at HansaWorld?
There are so many good things and it is difficult to point out the best thing really. I guess it is the personal growth and the ability to be a part of a fast growing international and innovative company.
