Product Manager

HansaWorld, a global ERP and CRM business software vendor, is seeking to employ a Product Manager for our English operations based in Limerick, Ireland.

The Product Manager is responsible for making sure the product/products are ready for distribution in the local market, as well as for software testing, market research and new development of feature for the software. Responsibilities:
- Translate the software into local language
- Ensure the software complies with local legislation and business practices
- Write specifications for necessary modifications
- Conduct quality assurance (testing)
- Maintain downloadable program versions on the web-site
- Provide support, training and consulting services to local customers and partners
- Project manage strategic and test/development customers
- Be the main point of contact for all product-related issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in the office
- Do active market and industry research to identify trends in the industry
- Keep track of competitors and new development

Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills
- Flexibility to adjust to new environment and processes
- Self starter and self-motivated

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or diploma
- Few years experience in accounting, business, programming is beneficial
- IT literate
- Experience in a fast paced office environment
- Excellent English language skills

Organisation Relationships:
The Product Manager reports directly to the Development Manager and to other HQ staff when required.
