Consultant

HansaWorld, a global ERP and CRM business software vendor, is seeking to employ a Consultant for our office based in Sydney, Australia.

HansaWorld is looking for a motivated self starter to join us as a Consultant. The Consultant is responsible for software implementation as well as providing technical consultations to existing customers on software issues. This is a customer- and service-oriented work requiring good communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:
- Communicate to existing customers about software issues, providing advise on software usage, according to the conditions of their contracts;
- System analysis, project management and consultation for HansaWorld’s existing customers
- Conducting classroom training for customers and employees on the use of software
- Performing version upgrades for existing customers
- Software implementation and support
- Discovering and acting on sales opportunities
- Assist software testing
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in the office
- Other day to day tasks

Requirements:
- Studies in either IT, Accounting, Business or a related field
- 1-2 years of work experience in a fast paced office environment
- Additional course in management and bookkeeping is preferred
- High level of computer competence
- Fluent in English both verbal and written

Organisation Relationships:
The Consultant reports directly to the Country Manager and the International Service Manager, as well as other HQ staff when required.
